Payments:

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We only accept Debit & Credit Cards.

Why was my card declined?
This may happen due to several reasons. Please make sure that the billing address for the card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. Also double check the credit card number and CVV2 number on the card. If these do not fix the problem, please contact your card customer service, or try a different card. We have no control over any of these issues, so we can't help if you email asking us why it got declined.

Shipping:

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking when the order has shipped.

I have received a tracking number but it does not work, why not?
Once we have received your order we assign a tracking number to the packing slip, which is then sent to our warehouse. Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be fulfilled (as stated in the previous question). The tracking number will not work right away.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Most orders ship within 3-5 days, however we ask that you please allow up to 15 business days for all orders to ship out. If the item is on back-order for longer than 15 days, we will contact you.

How long will it take for my order to deliver?
USPS delivers most USA orders within 2-5 after being picked up. Please allow 7-21 days for international orders. You can check the tracking information by visiting USPS.com and using the number that was emailed to you.

Can I cancel my order if needed?
Yes, absolutely. However, once the order has been marked as shipped for our warehouse, and you receive the shipping email, we cannot cancel the order past that point. You will have to send it back to get a refund.

Exchanges/Returns:

I ordered the wrong item. Do you accept exchanges?
You can exchange your item but please note that you will be responsible for shipping the current item to us, as well as the new item to you.

I don't like the item I purchased. Can I return it?
Yes. We accept returns up to 15 days after the order is delivered. There will be a 25% restocking free for all returned items. Also, we do not refund shipping amounts.

Yes! We offer a wholesale program from shops and stores. Just Contact Us 

Are your products offered in any stores?
Currently we only sell our products online.
